How We Started

JBM Search Partners is a boutique recruitment firm specializing in senior level executive search.  The company was founded in 2016 by Ms Jackie Manche, who also manages it. JBM Search Partners is based in Johannesburg. The company works with clients across a range of industries, from the world’s largest companies to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.

Our services include pinpointing, screening, and assessing executive talent to ensure candidates not only fit the job description, but also share the ideology and culture of the client organisation. Our comprehensive industry expertise has helped us build relationships with some of South Africa’s most talented individuals, ensuring a consistent selection of candidates that are a match for the organisation and the position.
